Purpose of Page:
This is the main navigation menu in Web eXchange. Use the options listed in image 1-A to access all the areas of the Web eXchange.system.
My Info:
The My Info menu option will take you to the main home page in Web eXchange. See the Help topic “My Info” for details.
Claims:
Access participant claim summary and detail information. See the Help topic “Claims” for details.
Coverage:
The Coverage menu option will show detailed plan coverage information. See the Help topic “Coverage” for details.
Questions:
Send a question to Customer Service or Technical support. See the Help topic “Questions” for details.
Forms:
Fill out online or download-able forms for things like Address Changes, Enrollment, etc. (Not all forms available for all plans). See the
Help topic “Forms” for details.
Claim Lookup:
This is the claim quick lookup area. Simply enter the claim number in question, and press the FIND button. You will then be taken to
the claim detail screen for the corresponding claim.

Logout:
Exit the Web eXchange system, and return to the main login screen
Give your authors a helping hand by using templates in your documentation space. You will need Space Administrator permissions to create templates.
To create a template:
- Go to "Space Tools" in the sidebar, select "Content Tools" and create a new template.
- Click "Page Layout" and add sections and columns to your page.
- Add headings and sub-headings as needed.
- Choose "Instructional Text" from the "Template" menu and add text that is only visible in the editor.
- Save your template.
