This utility allows an admin to unlock a queue transaction that was left open (not closed properly) by a queue user.  This feature should only be used in the rare case where a user has not closed a transaction screen properly and a supervisor or other department user needs to get in and work the transaction prior to the system timer giving it back automatically.


  • Click the Unlock Transaction button next to an open transaction to return it to the queue for another user to work.
