Add/Edit Announcements

  1. Add new announcement.
  2. Search for announcement records by typing into the filter box.
  3. Select announcement record to edit details.
  4. Page through announcement records.

Announcement Details

  1. Name of announcement.
  2. Whether the announcement is active or not.
  3. The details of the announcement.
  4. Save the announcement record.

Routing Rules

  1. Add new rule.
  2. Select From and To client.
  3. Weight governs the order the announcements show up. Lower value is higher in the list.
  4. Select which centers the announcement displays.
  5. Delete announcement record.
  6. Save record.
