How To Access This Page In IWS

Main Menu -> Auditor → Incorrect Reasons

 

Incorrect Reasons

As described in the help section "Auditor Audits", each document audited in IWS can have an Incorrect Reason assigned to it during the auditing process.  These incorrect reasons show on the master audit screen and on the audit report.  This area of the system will allow the auditing staff to specific predefined incorrect reasons.


Incorrect Reasons List

This list shows all existing incorrect reasons that have been defined for this department.

Action Buttons

  • Add Reason: Click this button to add a new Incorrect Reason.


List Options

  • Use the search/filter boxes at the top of the grid to narrow the list of Incorrect Reasons.
  • The column headers can be clicked to sort each column.  Click again to sort the opposite direction.
  • Click any record to edit the Incorrect Reason.

Action Buttons

  • Save: Click this button to save changes the record.


Fields and settings

  • Reason:  Enter the incorrect reason text.  This will display on the audit form and any reporting.
  • Active:  Select if this reason is currently active for use on audit forms.
