The User Admin grid provides a list of users already added to the system and an option to add new users.
** Only users that need specific access (Project Admin, Project Review, Super Admin) need to be added in this screen. Read only users that will just access the main project dashboard screen do not need to be added. They can access the system as regular "users" with their active directory account.
By clicking the Add User button or a row in the grid for an existing user, a window will appear for either Add or Edit user. The field options are the same for both.
