How To Access

Access this page by selecting the Auditor - Stale Report option on the main menu.  This menu option is only accessible by authorized project auditors/reviewers.

The Stale Project Report shows a list of dashboard projects that have not been published since the number of days specified.  This is intended to help the Project Reviewers see dashboards that may not have been published or submitted for review in the last XX days.  The report is for auditor/reviewer reference only and is not intended to be printed.

Stale Project Report Parameters


  • Number of days: Specify the number of days the report should use to "look back" for projects.  This is used in combination with the FROM parameter to determine which projects to show on the report that have not been published or sent for review in the last XX days
  • From:  Select either Last Published Date or Last Review Date and the report will calculate based on the selection.

Stale Project Report Output

  • The report is for auditor/reviewer reference only and is not intended to be printed.
  • The report listing shows all project dashboards that meet the parameter criteria entered.
  • Click on any row in the listing to see the read only dashboard summary window.
