How To Access

Access this page by selecting the Auditor - Project Review option on the main menu.  This menu option is only accessible by authorized project auditors/reviewers.

Project Review Grid List


The Project Review grid provides a list of project dashboards that have been submitted for review.  Dashboards must be released via this list before they can be viewed on the main project dashboard page by the business units.  Each time a new update is submitted for review by a project admin, it will appear on this list for review.


  • The grid list can be filtered using the boxes at the top of each column.
    • Wildcard searches are permitted (Example: %Project entered into the Project Search filter box will return any items with the word project in the text).
  • The grid list can be sorted by click the column name.  Clicking the same name again will sort the opposite direction.
  • Paging navigation options will be displayed on the bottom right of the grid.
  • To view the summary of a project, click it from the list.  A Project Summary window will be displayed.
    • Click the Close button to return to the grid list.
  • Select All:  Use this button to select all items in the grid list (used in conjunction with Release All).
    • A confirmation dialogue will be displayed.
  • Release All:  Use this button to release all selected items in the list.
    • Items can be selected individually via the check box on each row, or with the Select All button.
  • Release:  Each row contains an individual release button.  Use this option to release the project dashboard on that specific row.
    • A confirmation dialogue will be displayed.
  • Reject:  Each row contains an individual reject button.  Use this button to reject the project dashboard on that specific row.
    • A window will be displayed to enter a reason for the rejection.  Enter the reason (required) and click Save Changes to complete the rejection process, or click the Close button to cancel the rejection process.
    • A rejected dashboard will be sent back to the project admin to review, correct and resubmit for review.
