In this section, Employers can setup custom Links for plan participants. Links can be to other websites or PDF documents to download.

  1. Add a Link - Click the button, and enter the NAME , TYPE and whether to Show or HIDE the link. When finished, press the button to save the entry.
    1. If the type DOCUMENT is selected, a browse box will appear for you to upload the PDF file to Web eXchange.
    2. If the type URL is selected, a URL ox will appear to paste the website address into. Proper format is the full URL (Example: http://www.mylink.com).
  2. Edit Existing link - Click any link in the list to edit.


  1. You can then edit the link as needed. When finished, click the button to save the entry.
  2. Delete a link by clicking the button.
  3. Return to list of links with the button.


Re-Order Links - Links can be ordered any way you choose so that specific items can appear first on the link list for plan participants. Click and hold the link you want to move, and drag it up or down. Once in the desired location, let go of the mouse button to release the link in place.
