Queue Add/Edit

Use this section to build the queues for transactions (Forms, Questions, etc.) to flow into, and be worked from.  These queues will be visible to the assigned TPA users on the My Info screen in the TPA Center.

Only queues with transactions in them will be visible for TPA users on the My Info screen.


Select/add a Queue.

  • Add a new Queue by clicking the button at the top right corner of the grid list.
  • Select an existing queue to edit from the grid list.  Use the search boxes at the top of each column to filter the list.
  • Click on any row to edit that Queue.


Add/Edit a Queue


  • Name - Give the Queue a name.  This name will appear for users to see in all other areas of the system.
  • Active - Set if the Queue is Active or not.  Only Active Queues can be used for transactions.
  • SAVE changes using the button.
  • Return to the queue grid list using the button.


Users Tab

  • Assign which Web eXchange users have access to this queue.  Assigning a user here allows the user to enter and work transactions from the queue.
  • Watch - assign the Watch column to Yes (thumbs up) if you want that user to receive an email notification when a new transaction enters this queue.
  • SAVE changes using the button.
