This is a utility screen that is used to change the member key in Web eXchange if a member changes their SSN in the core claims system.

This only affects a Web eXchange member record that is already assigned the old key. When a SSN changes in the claims system, all odf the data in Web eXchange reflects that except the member key on the member's (or dependent's) user record. That needs to be updated via this utility. Generally, the Eligibiltiy department includes this utility in their SSN change procedures.

Old Key - Enter the old key. The key consists of Underwriter+Group+ESSN+Dependent Sequence for the ECI HealthPac system.. Example: 006GXX22126834500
New Key - Enter the new key with the updated SSN in the same format as the old key.
Press the Change Key button.
