The EOB Preferences File Extract can be configured in the Application Properties area.  The extract goes to our EOB print vendor to alert them of members that have opted in or out of the electronic EOB (GO Green) program.  This extract sends a file via SFTP for all user accounts that meet the following criteria.

• The user account is attached to an EMPLOYEE level member from the claim system.  The extract does not include dependent level user accounts.
• The user record is not disabled.
• The employer record for this member is Active.
