Document Unlock Utility
The Document Document Unlock Utility allows a department admin to unlock a workflow queue document that was left open by a system lockup, browser issue or incorrect navigation. Documents locked by a user are automatically unlocked if that same user enters the queue again after the lock occurred. If that user is unable to access the system and the document needs to be manually unlocked for another user to work prior to the lock timer releasing it automatically, this utility will unlock it.
Action Buttons
- Unlock: Unlocked the document referenced in that row.
Fields and settings
- Use the search/filter boxes at the top of the grid to narrow the list of Document Types.
- The column headers can be clicked to sort each column. Click again to sort the opposite direction.
