The Member Form Detail report will display the online forms submitted by members under the current logged in client group.
Not all client groups allow members to submit online forms on this portal. If no forms have been submitted by members directly, the report will contain no data.
Parameters
- Date From: Enter the starting date range for when forms were submitted.
- Date To: Enter the ending date range for when forms were submitted.
- Form Name (Optional): Select specific form names to report on. Leave empty for all forms.
- Report Format: Select PDF or Excel.
- Select the Run Report button to start the execution of the report.
Report Results
The report results will display any forms that have been submitted by members of this group within the parameters specified.
