Employer Properties

Employer Properties are used to define what options for employers visible on the Employers menu option. 

**These properties should only be added or edited at the direction of the Development team. Changing default settings without direct knowledge of each property setting can cause changes for all employers across the entire system.


 

Properties List

  • Use the filter boxes at the top of each column to narrow the list of existing roles.
  • Click the desired property to edit. **These properties should only be added or edited at the direction of the Development team. Changing default settings without direct knowledge of each property setting can cause changes for all employers across the entire system.
  • Click the + option to add a new property. **These properties should only be added or edited at the direction of the Development team. Changing default settings without direct knowledge of each property setting can cause changes for all employers across the entire system.


 

Property Add/Edit


  • Key: The key name the system code will refer to.  Add the key at the direction of the development staff when a new employer property is added to a development version.
  • Description: Provides a detailed description of what that function employer role performs.
  • Type: Select the appropriate option based on development team direction.
  • Options: Select the appropriate option based on development team direction.
  • Default Value: this will depend on the Type selected above and how the default status of this property should be set for all employer groups. Enter the appropriate option based on development team direction.
