A list of queues will display containing transactions to be worked. Queue access is granted by your supervisor. See the Queues section of this documentation for more information.
- Click on any queue row or name to access the transactions in that queue.
- **The queue names shown in this documentation may differ from what is in the production system. Not all queues are available for all users.
