This screen is used as a communication tool between the employee, employer, and the TPA. Links, announcements, messages, and TPA transaction history can all be accessed from this screen.

How to Access

  1. Log into the Web eXchange Employer Center
  2. Select the “Info Center" button from the toolbar

Messages:  This can be used as a communication tool between the employer HR staff, and plan participants. This behaves somewhat like a very simplistic web email system.

My Account:  Used to change the existing email address and password associated with the account which is logged into.

Approve Trans:  Review transactions that are pending employer approval before they are sent to the TPA for processing. This is not on by default.

My Transactions:  Contains a history of the transactions the employer has submitted directory to the TPA.

Announcements:  Look for up to date information from your employer and TPA. Click on the announcement body to read the full text of the announcement.
