The My Profile Screen
This section of the myHealth system provides users with the ability to update information on their profile including Name, address, email address, and others.
Below are some key points regarding the information stored in the user profile.
- The User Name cannot be changed after initial registration.
- Name, date of birth and address information in myHealth is only used for myHealth account contact. Updating this information on myHealth will not update the member's primary eligibility record in the core claim/eligibility system. Please contact your employer/university representative for any changes to your information.
- Adding a phone number to the account will assist the web support team if a direct contact is needed for an issue with the account.
