General Tools
The general tools option provides User Feedback review, User Audits, and an Eligibility Search option.
User Feedback
From: Enter a starting date range to search for user feedback results.
To: Enter an ending date range to search for user feedback results.
Search: Click to execute the search for feedback.
User Audits
From: Enter a starting date range to search for user audit results.
To: Enter an ending date range to search for user audit results.
Search: Click to execute the search for audits.
Eligibility Search
Search fields can be used in any combination.
Member ID: Enter a member ID for which to search.
SSN: Enter a Social Security Number for which to search.
First Name: Enter a first name for which to search.
Last Name: Enter a last name for which to search.
Group Number: Enter a group number for which to search.
Birthdate: Enter a date of birth for which to search.
Search: Click to execute the search for audits.
Settings
The Settings area controls the application configuration settings. Access is restricted to this area, but please consult the System Level Owner or Developer(s) prior to changing any settings.
